Fair Stay with Some Issues
spacious room great upgrade fine rooftop expensive taxi high price rooftop noise
The room was spacious. I received an upgrade upon arrival, great. The rooftop bar and pool were fine. I especially enjoyed watching the sunsets from up there. The spa with the big swimming pool was a real treat. I used it several times.
The taxi arranged by the concierge was too expensive. The concierge quoted 600 MAD. Later, I arranged my own taxi for the return journey in an executive van for just 130 MAD. Noise from the rooftop made it hard to relax in my room.

a dreamy escape
beautiful design open atrium rooftop pool welcome convenience
the architectural design is circular and beautiful. it features an open atrium. the rooftop pool provided a welcome oasis. i found i could walk to many attractions, a great convenience. the spa is marble designed. the hammam treatment was authentic, a good experience.
music pounding at night was not good. it interfered with sleep. i wish the hotel would do more to address this.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
room upgrade fine view concierge assistance large pool
This hotel was so nice! My room was upgraded upon arrival. The rooftop bar and pool area had fine sunset views. Jamal, the concierge, helped us plan amazing meals and trips around the city and Atlas Mountains. The spa had a HUGE swimming pool. It was a real treat!

The service was AMAZING!!! The staff ensured I was always comfortable. I received a great room upgrade upon arrival and found the rooms spacious. The rooftop bar and pool are fine, offering very nice sunset views. Jamal, the concierge, helped me plan wonderful meals and great trips around the area. I enjoyed the extra care they provided.

The breakfast had many options including live cooking i found that very convenient. the staff was always friendly and ready to help. It was very comforting.
the service at the rooftop pool was slow i had to wait quite a while to be served. the air conditioner in my room was quite noisy it was hard to ignore it.

the architectural design had a circular structure, excellent. i saw an open atrium, and a rooftop pool, what a vision. the hotel location meant attractions were within reach, a gentle walk away. the brass studs detail on the leather furniture made room 206 so special.
the breakfast assortment was good, yet i sensed a wish for it to be even more generous.

Service Issues Detract from the Experience
poor receptionist service unturned steam room
The Pearl spa was visually appealing, but the service was below par. The receptionist lacked knowledge and seemed uninterested in assisting me. They said it only activated when necessary, which I found unacceptable. Their Hammam treatment did not justify the cost. I suggest finding more dedicated and affordable spas elsewhere.
