Really good Hotel Experience!

The service was AMAZING!!! The staff ensured I was always comfortable. I received a great room upgrade upon arrival and found the rooms spacious. The rooftop bar and pool are fine, offering very nice sunset views. Jamal, the concierge, helped me plan wonderful meals and great trips around the area. I enjoyed the extra care they provided.

The breakfast had many options including live cooking i found that very convenient. the staff was always friendly and ready to help. It was very comforting.
the service at the rooftop pool was slow i had to wait quite a while to be served. the air conditioner in my room was quite noisy it was hard to ignore it.

the architectural design had a circular structure, excellent. i saw an open atrium, and a rooftop pool, what a vision. the hotel location meant attractions were within reach, a gentle walk away. the brass studs detail on the leather furniture made room 206 so special.
the breakfast assortment was good, yet i sensed a wish for it to be even more generous.

Service Issues Detract from the Experience

poor receptionist serviceunturned steam room
The Pearl spa was visually appealing, but the service was below par. The receptionist lacked knowledge and seemed uninterested in assisting me. They said it only activated when necessary, which I found unacceptable. Their Hammam treatment did not justify the cost. I suggest finding more dedicated and affordable spas elsewhere.
